I have tried almost all of the seamoss gels, DAILY STAPLE!!! Black Seed Seamoss gel is top tier, but my favorites will always be 432 (butterfly🦋) for reproductive health and brain fog, and then 963 (elderberry) for immunity and respiratory support!!! 🫶🏼 Keep these in my rotation and haven’t been sick since!!! And the capsules are an absolute game changer and now are my daily vitamins! Brain Bloom in the morning is probably my favorite, along with Smoke Spirits Stress for sleep, 741 is.
